About Crystal Aguillard

As the daughter of a successful residential builder, Crystal was introduced to the real estate world at an early age and quickly developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of both buyers and sellers. Over the course of her 20-year career, she has built, bought, and sold several homes of her own—giving her valuable firsthand insight into what her clients experience during the process.

Crystal prides herself on being proactive rather than reactive, often solving potential challenges for her clients before they even arise. A lifelong resident of Denham Springs, she brings extensive knowledge of the East Baton Rouge, Livingston, and Ascension parish markets. From lending and purchasing to building, inspections, and closing, Crystal is a trusted guide through every step of the real estate journey.

 

Beyond her career, Crystal is happily married and the proud mother of four children. She values family, faith, and community—and strives to help others find not just a house, but a true place to call home.
